These terms govern your use of Destination Bali (destinationbali.id). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to register.

Listings

When you advertise a property, business, tour, event, or meetup, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to offer it. We review listings before they go live and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

Bookings and payments

Bookings and paid promotions are processed securely through Stripe. Hosts and operators are responsible for honouring their listings and for any taxes that apply to them. Destination Bali is a platform that connects people and is not a party to the underlying transaction unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse other users' information.

Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to display and promote it on the platform. Editorial content on the site is owned by Destination Bali.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Destination Bali is not liable for the acts of hosts, operators, or other users, or for indirect or consequential losses.
