Under the guidance of Brand Chef Igor Grishechkin, SATOSHI demonstrates how two great culinary traditions can coexist through thoughtful technique and respect for ingredient quality.

The kitchen draws inspiration from premium Japanese and international sources to construct a menu that bridges continents. Signatures include Miyazaki A5 Wagyu, fresh Otoro directly from Japan, Hokkaido scallops, butterfish, and locally sourced barramundi. These exceptional proteins form the foundation for dishes that emphasize balance, simplicity, and precise execution, with each plate reflecting meticulous attention to preparation and presentation.

What sets SATOSHI apart is how it reinterprets familiar comfort dishes through a dual cultural lens. Diners will encounter creations such as Wasabi Prawn Risotto, Carbonara Ramen, Eel and Stracciatella Pizza, and Gyoza-style Ravioli with Prawns.
